Vendor Opportunities
What types of vendors are you seeking (e.g., food, merchandise, crafts)?
We’re seeking artisans, makers, and boutique vendors to bring their unique creations to our festival. Whether you’re selling handmade crafts, vintage finds, or boutique items, we want to see what you have to offer!
What are the vendor fees and requirements?
A booth fee of $75 is required.

What are the dates for vendor setup and takedown?
Setup occurs on 9/6/2025 between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, and all setups must be complete by 1:30 PM.
Vendor Information
What information do vendors need to provide in their application?
To become a vendor you will generally need to offer information about your products, business and any specific requirements, such as power needs, booth size, and insurance information.
Are there any specific regulations or guidelines vendors must follow?
Details will be provided in the application materials.

Vendor Setup Instructions
Vendors may set up starting at 11:00 AM. Complete setup by 1:30 PM. Most vendors begin dismantling before the first band performs but can remain until 8:00 PM. The festival concludes at 9:30 PM.
Vendor Fee/requirements
$75 paid upfront.
- A 10x10 tent (with weights as it does get windy from time to time)
- Whatever tables, displays, etc that can fit under that 10x10 tent.
- You will NOT have access to electricity. If you require electricity you will need to bring a quiet generator. If this is you, please let us know ASAP so we can coordinate your booth location accordingly.
How Many Festival Passes Do I Get?
Vendors will receive 2 general admission passes. If you need more for staffing, please reach out. Sponsors with booths receive tickets based on their sponsorship level. Contact us for any ticket inquiries.
What Are the active vendor Hours?
Gates open at 2:30 PM; the festival ends at 9:30 PM. While you may keep your booth open until closing, most vendors begin packing up around 7:00 PM. If business remains steady, you’re welcome to continue selling until the end.
Parking
Upon arrival, you can pull up to the festival grounds to set up. After setting up, please move your vehicle to designated vendor parking.
Vendor and volunteer meet and greet
Join us for a meet and greet at 1:30 PM under the VIP tent for announcements and updates.
